Returns and Exchanges
We want you to relish your Gigi’s. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days.
Please note: Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the outgoing FedEx ship date. Shoes(s) must be returned unworn and undamaged, with all labels intact, in the original packaging, and with the dust bag. Items received between 15-30 days from the shipping date will receive a credit in the form of a Gigi Favela e-gift certificate.
Items marked “FINAL SALE” are non-returnable.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the outgoing shipping date. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please send your package securely wrapped, prepaid and insured with a tracking service. Please note that SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS. Upon receipt of your package, we will credit your credit card or issue your e-gift certificate within 14 days. Send returns and exchanges to:
